祝　京都府理容競技大会　優勝!!

　５月１０日、右京ふれあい文化会館において、京都府理容競技大会がありました。年に一度京都の理容師さんが腕を競う権威あるコンクールです。たとえれば高校野球の甲子園を目指す京都の大会です。

コンクール大好きなペンギンスタッフももちろん出場しました。

第３部門（メンズのニューヘアー）で、チーフの戸田君が優勝し、渡辺君も３位に入賞し近畿大会出場の権利を得ました。

この部門でペンギンスタッフは過去１０年間で８度優勝者を出しています。　ＯＢの榎本君が４連覇、山川君が２連覇、現役スタッフの渡辺君が一昨年優勝、今年チーフの戸田君が優勝です。

師匠は？　もちろんペンギンマスターです（エッヘン!!）
（ちなみにペンギンマスターは現役選手の頃、京都大会６度の優勝と近畿大会も優勝しております）
